Alan will be handing over the day to day running of the Self Protection Assocation to Tony Falconer while he takes a well earned break after almost 12 years hard work. Tony is a 3rd Degree Black Belt with the SPA and is capable fighter and instructor, I will add some more details shortly. Alan will not be giving private tuition but will still be available for seminars.

On the 12th-14th of July Alan will be taking part as an instructor in the Global Devastation Seminar in Telford, Shrophire. Alan who has spent many hours slaving over a keyboard in recent months has seen his efforts come to fruition in the form of his new book called Awareness Fears and Consequences. Although Alan has been a regular contributor in the British martial arts press over the past few years this is his first book and it promises to be a good read and now you can read a review by Geoff Thompson..
